Standard Warranty Coverage

Olion Power provides comprehensive warranty coverage for all our products. Warranty terms vary by product category:

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is valid only for products installed and operated according to Olion Power specifications
  • Products must be registered within 30 days of installation
  • Capacity retention below 70% of rated capacity within warranty period qualifies for warranty claim
  • Normal wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty
  • Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the warranty period

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact your Olion Power distributor or our customer service team
  2. Provide product serial number, purchase date, and installation documentation
  3. Complete the warranty claim form with detailed description of the issue
  4. Our technical team will evaluate the claim and provide a resolution within 10 business days
  5. Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled through replacement or repair
